Custom Order Policy

I do try to make each handmade item as perfect as possible but please understand there may be imperfections. Color may differ due to lighting and screen display.

**If there is money in any of my photos please understand that Money is not included-its simply used for demonstration.

**Custom Orders take a week to process. All orders are shipped out every Monday. If you can not wait then please don't order. Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) are NON Refundable UNLESS the item was damaged in shipping, defective or simply the wrong item.

Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy on NON custom items only.
Item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return please send email to stating why you are seeking a refund, also include proof of purchase in this email. Please understand you will be responsible for the cost to ship back the item(s) a tracking number must be included. Refund will be given after item(s) have been received and inspected to have met minimum requirements. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 7-14 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Orders Damaged In Transit
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If your order was damaged in transit please email with proof of the damaged item(s) so she can make it right.

Sale Items & Gift Cards are non-refundable.
